Shoestring Red Velma

Velma is a solid built beautiful red cow. She's very watchful for predators and protective of any new calves not just her own! Velma is polled, meaning no horns. So far she had been a heifer maker! She has a healthy heifer calf every year completely unassisted.

Bea is a sweetie! She is a registered Mini Jersey. A1/A2 genetics and Homozygous polled.
Abbey (Belfair)
Date of birth 03-02-21
A2/A2 Beta Casein and Polled. Abbey is out of our registered Dexter cow Tillie and sired by a registered Mini Jersey bull. Abbey is a beautiful example of the Belfair breed.
Abbey is our family milk cow. She has a wonderful temperament and was no trouble to train for milking! She's like her mother and can be hand milked in the pasture. We can machine milk her also. In addition to wonderful milk Abbey is also raising a big beefy steer for the freezer!
***Abbey is bred to our mini Jersey bull Reuben for a Spring 24 calf.
Reuben
Date of birth 05-11-19
A2/A2 Beta Casein, Kappa Casein B/B, Beta Lactoglobulin B/B. Basically he has the genetic jackpot in the milk department! Pc/H Polled meaning at least 50% offspring will be polled.
Reuben has finished growing and has remained in the mini category. He is 43 inches tall. He has a fabulous "milky" pedigree and was lovingly bred by Blue Mill Meadows. Reuben has great grass genetics and many New Zealand Jersey cows in his pedigree.
A2/A2 and Homo Polled. Dunn colored. Romeo will be sire to all of our calves starting in 2024.
